I chose this photo because of the story it tells. It is a moment of the Beatles being young and carefree right before fame. I also really love the action captured in this photo. Every movement here (and there is a lot of movement!) is captured in clear detail.

I like this photograph because it reminds me of one of my favorite things to do, which is go hiking. I thought this was especially interesting because it was first published in an Australian newspaper, and it was used as a political statement revolving around saving the environment in 1983. Overall, I just really liked this photo and the message behind it.
