I chose this image for a few reasons. The first is because it was taken by an incredibly talented young lady whom I have the extreme pleasure of calling my youngest sister. I also chose this photo because it is in black and white. I love the simplicity of black and white photographs. I feel they really make a person see the subject without the distraction of the colors around it. The clarity of this photo and the use of focus is absolutely phenomenal as well, you can even see the plants around it in the water droplet! Over all it's a beautiful photo and one of my favorites.
