I chose to use this photo I shot from above a shade lamp. I chose it because of the importance the technology of electricity and lighting has brought to our world. It is what helps keep our society up and running in my point of view because of how we have adapted to life over time. Without lighting, there is no color and everything becomes simply black and white.
